Brett Belliveau

Brett is a Florida native. He was born in Miami and, since 1976, he has resided  in southwest Alachua County. He graduated from Newberry High School in 1985. As a factory-trained technician for two auto manufacturers, Brett adds a special depth of knowledge to our team. He trained with & worked for

• Isuzu from 1987 to 2001
• Honda from 2007 to 2019.

After decades of working for large dealerships, Brett wanted to work for a family shop. He joined our team at the end of 2019. Brett’s daughter Rae Ann and son Max are both grown with children of their own. ZayZay (female bulldog mix) and Pork Chop (a new Chiweenie puppy) are Brett’s two rescued canine companions. In his younger years, Brett built three hot rods in his spare time. These days his hobbies are more mellow and generally include food. His favorite things to do include:

• Cruising around Florida locating mom-and-pop restaurants that serve homemade southern comfort foods.
• Grilling poolside
• Camping
• Going to the beach or springs.

Not too long ago, with the help of some buddies, he built a huge smoker that can smoke enough meat for an army of hungry mechanics!
