Colleen Baxley

Colleen was born in Glenham, New York. She moved to Florida in 1999. With a degree in Psychology/Biology (Animal Training), Colleen has been a professional dog trainer for over 20 years.

After pursuing her dolphin dreams, and moving from Florida to Mexico, Colleen moved to Gainesville in 2006. She married Dustin in 2009 & gave birth to their son Andrew in Jan. 2016.

By 2014, Performance Transmission and A/C needed additional office/counter help. Colleen already had a job; however, joining the shop team seemed a great way to expand the family business. Colleen is chiefly responsible for customer service and marketing. Her positive and outgoing personality helps immensely.

Among the many reasons Colleen fits right into the Baxley family is she loves to be out on boats. Fishing, scalloping, manatee and dolphin watching are just some of her favorite activities. Her other pastimes include:

• Fundraising for the Beagle Freedom Project
• Going to Gator Gymnastics meets
• Shopping
• Dancing
• Practicing yoga
• Studying about health & nutrition 
• Spending time with friends and family
